The Nature's Eye reserves the right to refuse/cancel any registration. The Nature's Eye at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or

2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

1. If the customer has cancelled their registration within the given date of cancellation.

2. Incase of mistaken double payment.

100% of the amount would be refunded if the customers account.

  

Refund/cancellation policies are not applicable in the following conditions:

1. If the customer fails to cancel their registration within the given date of cancellation.

2. If the customer fails to attend the event they have registered for.
